RETURNS
If for any reason the rug you purchased from us does not meet your needs, we are happy to accept the item for return under the following conditions:
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the rug and the rug must be shipped back to us within 7 days. When we receive the item back from you it must be in the exact condition it was when we shipped it to you. Any degradation in value or need for cleaning will be deducted from any refund.

When we accept a return, the buyer is responsible for the original cost of shipping AND the cost of return shipping. Our items are sold with “FREE SHIPPING”, but the actual cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Returns are not accepted on any items shipped outside the USA.

SHIPPING
All rugs sold within the contiguous United States are shipped at no additional charge or “FREE SHIPPING”. We normally ship using UPS. If you reside outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a shipping quote before you purchase. Rugs are normally shipped within 5 days of cleared payment.  We will contact you if this is the case.  Tracking is automatically provided. Rugs shipped outside the USA may be subject to duties, taxes, or tariffs. It is always the buyers responsibility to pay any of these costs.
